1 night - $200.00
weekend (3 nights) - $585.00
1 week - $1200.00
1 month - $2000.00

Policy:
We require a 50% deposit on all accommodations reserved, including tax. You will receive a transaction receipt and an email confirmation will follow. For cancellations less than two weeks from date of arrival your deposit will be NON-REFUNDABLE and you will be charged for the balance of your reservations. In the event you have not notified us of a cancellation or you do not show the total amount for your accommodations reserved will be charged to the credit card you provided.

Terms Conditions:
We will make every effort to accommodate your request. Your email will be answered shortly with a description of the accommodations, rates, and other information. If you wish to reserve based on our reply, you will be asked for 50% as a deposit. Taxes of 13% are not included in the rates quoted. A 40 day cancellation policy is in effect prior to check in date, and must be in writing via email or fax. 40 day cancellation notice required for Christmas/New Years/Easter Weeks. A one night deposit will be charged to the credit card you have provided for each room reservation.
